Client: Quality and Qualifications Ireland Services: Design/Identity/Signage
Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) was established as a new integrated agency replacing FETAC, HETAC, NQAI and incorporating the functions of the Irish Universities Quality Board. QQI are responsible for the external quality assurance of higher education and training programmes.
The final Branding incorporates four elements coming together to create an uppercase Q with a decidedly Celtic aesthetic. This allowed internal users to feel a sense of pride and ownership of their new organisation. Variations of the symbol were created to allow for different applications across print, digital and environmental.
